Dr. Chinmayee Swain
Dr. Swain is a seasoned Public Health Professional and Environmentalist with over two decades of experience, including 12 years of field-level engagement. She is deeply committed to advancing healthcare quality and sustainability, with a particular focus on the health impacts of climate change. A strong advocate for Green Hospital initiatives, Dr. Swain has earned prestigious qualifications from Harvard University in Health Effects of Climate Change and Energy Within Environmental Constraints, strengthening her expertise at the intersection of environment and public health. Previously associated with the National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), she has contributed to major quality assurance programs such as NQAS, LaQshya, and Kayakalp. Her key achievements include developing the Eco-friendly theme under Kayakalp, contributing to the National Quality Accreditation Standards for Hemodialysis Units, shaping the quality components of SUMAN (Surakshit Matritva Aashwasan), and supporting the development of Midwifery-Led Care Unit guidelines. Her exceptional training skills have been widely appreciated by public healthcare professionals across the country. Dr. Swain is an ISQua Fellow, a Patient Safety Assessor, an NQAS National Assessor, and a Green Hospital Assessor. She actively shares her knowledge through blogs and webinars, advocating for climate change awareness and environmental sustainability in healthcare.
Dr Ashwani Bansal
A highly motivated healthcare evangelist with over 15 years experience in UK, ASEAN, Africas, S.Asia and India – spanning Healthcare preneurship & leadership, organisational designing & development, innovative system and strategy management , general & financial management, Mergers & Acquisitions, business development, organisational re-design, ethical growth strategism, design thinking, operations management and clinical management. A strong innovative and motivational leader with experience of managing large & complex multi-disciplinary teams who believes in leading by example; and empowering and collaborative people management attributes. Excellent communication skills at all levels and well experienced in developing customer relationships and working in teams. Strong analytical and project management skills that ensures identification of opportunities culminating in delivery of results. Proven general management abilities include Healthcare infrastructure development, adaptability to organisational values, and consistent delivery of results, ensuring people management and successfully independently managing a multi-million budget. Dr Bansal is well versed with NABH and JCI requirements and have assisted many healthcare facilities in fulfilling the requirements of standards and achieving accreditation. Being the chief advisory, he focuses on every minuscule component of the programs, helping AQHEAS achieve stupendous inculcation of quality.
Sindhu Rajesh
A born leader with over 25 years of experience; embraces challenges and changes with innovative strategies. Having made countless contributions and value additions to nursing services and department, she has been instrumental in quality care facilitation at various organisation of national repute. Being MSc in psychiatric nursing she understands the psychological aspects of quality implementation for the favourable patient outcome by involvement and mobilising teams. Additional qualifications in Hospital management, BLS, ACLS and being Six Sigma professional helps her in identifying key areas and opportunities for improvement, strategic planning and innovative solutions. Native of ‘God own country’ she is a strong follower and Yoga science practitioner for personal and societal well being. Multi-talented professional has committed herself to mankind and following the path of quality and safe patient care. She is empanelled with NABH and NHSRC as external assessor. She has her special interests in patient empowerment towards the achievement of Millennium Development Goals.
