Internal Auditor Course
4 Days training course on Internal Auditor (ISO 15189) and
Quality Management Systems in Medical/Clinical Laboratories labs (In
accordance with ISO 15189:2022 and NABL)
As per accreditation requirements, it is must for medical
laboratories to conduct internal audit to verify the fulfillment of
requirements of ISO 15189:2022 requirements before applying for accreditation
and at regular intervals. With the changing times hospitals and laboratories
have realized the need and are employing lab technicians and professionals who
are trained in and understand ISO 15189 Standards. This helps them maintain
required quality levels with lesser efforts and the employees better understand
the defined procedures and policies as per the international standard and are
able to sustain the quality and accreditation framework.

Programme

Criteria.
Schedule, plan, conduct, report on lab internal audits
(including the documentation required)
Identify effective auditing techniques
Prepare quality manual, SOP, mandatory procedures in a lab
as per the standard
Develop and implement a quality system, compatible with
IS/ISO 15189
Certificate:
Participants shall be required
to attend al the sessions. Interaction and active involvement shall also be
monitored. On successful completion of the programme
below mentioned certificates shall be issued by AQHEAS.
